Jurisdiction coverage
Six hundred jurisdictions actively maintained and twenty million addresses indexed. Check a city, a county, or a property address — and if it falls outside coverage, we will usually still scope it.
Check jurisdiction coverage
Enter a city, county, or property address. Outside coverage is not a no — it is a quote with a different turnaround.
What "maintained" means here
Coverage in this industry is often a claim about a database purchase. Ours is a claim about a standing process, so it is worth saying exactly what the process is.
A maintained jurisdiction is one whose ordinance text, district schedule, and use tables we hold in structured form and re-check against the adopting body on a rolling cycle — not once a year, and not when a customer happens to order.
That structure is what makes a three-to-five-day turnaround possible. The analyst is not reading a code cold; they are verifying a record we already hold against the documents retrieved for your property, and reporting the delta.
It is also why we can tell you within the hour whether a property is in coverage. The address index is twenty million records mapped to those jurisdictions, so the question is a lookup rather than a research task.
Outside the six hundred, the work is the same work — it just starts from the ordinance rather than from our record, which adds time. We quote those individually and tell you the turnaround before you commit.
